Online Consultations<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

We are able to offer an \u2018On-line Consultation\u2019 where we will be able to consult face to face via web-cam.<\/p>\n

Our in clinic \u2018face-to-face\u2019 consultations (1 hour – \u00a3225) are conducted in the following way:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. A detailed medical background history is taken<\/li>\n
  2. A detailed examination of the hair\/scalp is performed (Trichoscopy\/Microscopy)<\/li>\n
  3. A preliminary summary of the signs and symptoms are assessed<\/li>\n
  4. Any available diagnostic tests are also assessed, such as Blood tests, or may be requested from your GP or private provider<\/li>\n
  5. A full report is forwarded, detailing findings and prognosis.<\/li>\n
  6. If required, we will further monitor, follow-up, and re-evaluate<\/li>\n <\/ol>\n

    An ‘online consultation\u2019 (45 mins – \u00a3145) will differ in the following way:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. A detailed medical background history is taken<\/li>\n
    2. A preliminary examination is performed via webcam, we will be able to determine the general\/potential issues which could be affecting your hair\/scalp<\/li>\n
    3. A preliminary summary of the signs and symptoms are assessed<\/li>\n
    4. Any available diagnostic tests are also assessed, such as Blood tests, or may be requested from your GP or private provider<\/li>\n
    5. A full report is forwarded, detailing findings and prognosis, with mention of the missing in person hair\/scalp examination <\/li>\n
    6. If required, we will further monitor, follow-up, and re-evaluate –  if we then need to see you ‘face-to-face’, we can discuss potential further charges.<\/li>\n <\/ol>\n
