We are able to offer an ‘On-line Consultation’ where we will be able to consult face to face via web-cam.

Our in clinic ‘face-to-face’ consultations (1 hour – £225) are conducted in the following way:

1. A detailed medical background history is taken
2. A detailed examination of the hair/scalp is performed (Trichoscopy/Microscopy)
3. A preliminary summary of the signs and symptoms are assessed
4. Any available diagnostic tests are also assessed, such as Blood tests, or may be requested from your GP or private provider
5. A full report is forwarded, detailing findings and prognosis.
6. If required, we will further monitor, follow-up, and re-evaluate

An ‘online consultation’ (45 mins – £145) will differ in the following way:

1. A detailed medical background history is taken
2. A preliminary examination is performed via webcam, we will be able to determine the general/potential issues which could be affecting your hair/scalp
3. A preliminary summary of the signs and symptoms are assessed
4. Any available diagnostic tests are also assessed, such as Blood tests, or may be requested from your GP or private provider
5. A full report is forwarded, detailing findings and prognosis, with mention of the missing in person hair/scalp examination 
6. If required, we will further monitor, follow-up, and re-evaluate –  if we then need to see you ‘face-to-face’, we can discuss potential further charges.
